Job Description
Are you looking for a morning, part-time position this summer? McKinley is looking for a motivated and energetic Summer Groundskeeper to join our team in Tampa, FL!
This position will work from 8 am -12 pm Monday through Friday.
What does this job entail?
• Working at one of our beautiful apartment communities ensuring that the grounds and buildings are sparkling. This includes removing all garbage
• Helping our world class team by providing top notch customer service.
• Take on special projects as deemed necessary by the Maintenance Supervisor
• Working alongside our maintenance experts to make sure the grounds and the building are always properly cared for.
• Joining us May until September for 20 hours per week.

Job Requirements

• You must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• You have effective communication skills and display professionalism.
