Job Description


McKinley has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Loss Prevention and Safety Director to join our team in Taylor, MI.

The Responsibilities:

Patrolling the buildings and grounds of our five apartment communities in Taylor. 

Entering detailed daily and/or nightly incident reports. 

De-escalate situations that arise, partner with authorities when appropriate, and respond to and investigate resident concerns in a timely and professional manner.  

Supervise a team of up to 15 loss prevention employees. 

Job Requirements

 The Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of previous relevant Loss Prevention experience in Security or Law Enforcement. 

  • Two years of supervisory experience required. 

  • Strong and effective communication skills.

  • Must be willing to work any day of the week, weekends included, based on property needs.
