We are looking for a charismatic and customer focused leader to join our team as a Community Manager with LIHTC experience for one of our apartment communities in Orlando, FL! 

A bit more about what you’re going to do:

• You’ll be responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service, first and foremost.
• Each major operational component will be your accountability, including capital improvements, front door sales, renewals, unit turns, work orders, collections and expense control.
• You’ll walk your community and units several times a day to ensure product quality.
• Our employees’ rock. You will need to gain their trust and motivate them while objectively holding them accountable for excellence.
• We work hard and fast. We need you to keep up, support us in any way possible and produce excellence.

Job Requirements

• Ideally, you have a background in customer service and sales and have been really great at it.
• LIHTC experience is preferred.
• You need to be fanatical about providing the best customer service. That’s the essence of our business!
• Soft skills! Don’t be robotic. You’ve got to be able to build rapport, inspire trust and confidence, and bring problems to resolutions in the interest of both the employee and the business.
• Be flexible. Sometimes the solution to the problem isn’t very obvious.
