Job Description

McKinley is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at The Ponds Apartments in Taylor, MI!

 Responsibilities include:

  • Answering Customer Service phone line.
  • Taking service requests from residents.
  • Taking and answering email service requests from residents.
  • Inputting all service requests into database or spreadsheet, using appropriate software.
  • Inputting completed service requests and inputs all follow up service requests.
  • Does customer call backs on completed work orders performed by maintenance personnel or vendors.
  • Scheduling services for residents who are requesting appointments.
  • Updating and maintaining major replacement histories.
  • Sets up and maintains inventory control.
  • Assists with walking units, common areas, and property. Assists with purchasing.  Assists with notices to residents that are maintenance related.  Assists with coding and processing maintenance Purchase Orders and invoices.  Assists with budget control.

Job Requirements

Your Qualifications:

Do you have what it takes to succeed in this role? We're looking for someone who provides outstanding customer service. You should also have: 

  • Experience coordinating vendors and following up as needed
  • Experience with MRI is preferred
  • The ability to make decisions that stay true to our core values with the understanding of how we operate
  • You must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
